REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us within 5 days after delivery, if an item arrives damaged or faulty. 

We will work to issue a full refund or send a replacement item.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at customerservice@yosheanaturals.com if you are unhappy with your order. We may accommodate refunds if the product is returned because of an allergic reaction or damage/defect. In order to receive an exchange/refund, please reach out to us within 5 days of purchase. There must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement; however, a photograph of the damage/defect is required as proof.

We cannot restock or resell products that have been returned to us. All products returned to Yo-Shea Naturals, creates waste for the landfill. Therefore, it is extremely important that you take the time to review your order before placing it!
