Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded. Please contact us if any confusion occurs.

Yo-Shea Naturals is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges and we do not reimburse or provide compensation for returned packages, lost in transit without proof of delivery to Yo-Shea Naturals.



Due to the products being shipped during the summer months, melting may occur. We will keep products cold in order to avoid excessive melting. Softening will not affect the quality of the product and can be fixed by simply placing the item in the refrigerator to re-solidify the product. We cannot issue refunds due to melting, please ensure to track the shipment to avoid packages potentially sitting in a hot mailbox.

Return Policy

Yo-Shea Naturals products are final sale and not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

We use USPS as our preferred shipper for domestic packages. Shipping Cost is $7.

When do orders go out/how long does order processing take?

Under normal circumstances, orders will ship within 3-5 business days. This does not include the 2-3 days that USPS may take to deliver your products. If the product you ordered is out of stock, please allow additional time for shipping. You will receive an email when your order ships out with complete tracking information. 

What if I want to cancel my order or switch a product after I have placed it?

All orders are final and cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. We submit orders directly to our fulfillment team so they can get processed immediately and shipped out to you as soon as possible and they are super quick. For this reason, we cannot make cancellations or changes. HOWEVER PLEASE reach out with any concerns ASAP
